Steve Brown

SB Valuation, Texas 1% Real Estate

A native Texan, Steve has lived in Austin for over twenty three years and is currently the owner/President of SB Valuation, a real estate appraisal company and owner/President of Texas 1% Real Estate, a residential brokerage firm in Austin. He is married to his wife of twenty years, Tracey and has three children, Cameron (17), Katherine (13) and Jack (10).

Steve is also currently on the Town and Country Optimist Club Executive Board and is the past president of the Town and Country Soccer Association. He also has been involved with T&C children's sports having coached t-ball, baseball, soccer and basketball for over eleven years.

Rick Fuelling

Fuelling and Associates

Rick Fuelling is the Managing Partner of Fuelling and Associates, a Human Resources Consulting firm in Austin. Prior to starting his own Company in 2001, he held senior positions in Human Resources with Dell Computer, Kraft General Foods, Frito-Lay, Atlantic Richfield and Ford Motor Company. He has been an active parent, coach and commissioner with Town and Country for nearly 10 years volunteering his time supporting sports activities for his three children and is an active Optimist Club member as well.

Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Human Resources Management.

Jack Newton

Planview, Inc.

Jack holds the position of Director of Customer Information Services at Planview, Inc., the largest independent software provider of enterprise portfolio management solutions, with some of the world's most major corporations as customers.

Prior to joining Planview, Jack held technical positions at IBM, Tivoli Systems, Neogent and Works. In 2003, he joined two fellow IBM developers and founded a web services firm named Monkee-Boy Web Design.

Jack received his B.A. from Providence College in 1981 with a double major of History and Education. He has been married to his wife Vicki for over twenty years and has two children, Aly and Emmett.

Adam Weisberg

Zen Japanese Food Fast

Adam is a restauranteur and has been in the service industry for over 13 years. Adam founded Zen Japanese Food Fast and currently operates three sites, with another three units under development. His responsibilities include real estate selection, operational systems development, fundraising, structuring private placements, positioning the brand and lead educator. Zen has won numerous awards since its inception including “Best New Restaurant,” and “Best Fast Food”.

Adam received his B.A. in Economics from Arizona State University in 1992. He currently sits on the Young Entrepreneurs Organization board and has been involved with the Sunshine Camps of Austin
